We ship UPS within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and
Hawaii) standard ground service. We are unable to deliver to
P.O. Boxes and are required by our credit card processors to ship to
cards’ billing addresses only. Charges to the

If your product totals $50.00 or more, an additional 10% will be added
to the shipping charges listed above. This is due to

Oversized shipments or those requiring freight, crating, or
installation will be discussed prior to purchase.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a
re-stocking or replacement fee if the item has been damaged, opened or
un-cared for. Customer responsible for returning the item(s)
pre-paid and insured to Charles H. Baldwin &
Sons. If breakage occurs during shipping, UPS will
notify the customer and Baldwin’s and communication will take
place at that point regarding replacement of product.
